If you have relationship or family issues, are experiencing anxiety or depression, suffering from stress, have experienced a bereavement (including miscarriage), or have low self-esteem, and want someone to listen, understand and support you without making judgements, then please contact me. I offer support in anger management, bullying, and redundancy as well as those who are struggling with or exploring spirituality.
I have many years' experience as a counsellor in a GPs surgery, in private practice, and in schools (counselling staff and children). My work with schools has been featured in Times Education Supplement and in School Leadership Today. Managers refer staff to me for counselling and support.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their code of ethics.

I facilitate Resilience and Well-being Programmes for Headteachers and Deputy Headteachers. This offers school leaders the opportunity to meet with a supportive group of colleagues in a confidential environment at a tranquil, restorative venue.
I take referrals from managers and Headteachers and can provide testimonials about my services.
