About me

I am a registered member of the British Association for counselling and Psychotherapy.

Hello and a very warm welcome to my profile! I am an integrative counsellor, I draw upon different aspects of theory and can work with different counselling models to uniquely tailor sessions for individual people. No problem is to small and your happiness is a key ingredient to living a fulfilling life. I am extremely passionate about what I do and holding people through their hard times. I understand that life has its challenges and issues, events and difficulties that can get in the way of daily functioning and living life to the full! I believe that everyone has the ability to achieve their personal goals with the right support.

I have worked through out GP surgeries for the youth counselling service and for other organisations around Surrey and Hampshire. I am currently room based in a private setting and also offer eco therapy and animal assisted therapy from my contained beautiful and calming woodland field.

Therapy Is a personal investment to yourself, I know it can feel scary to take the first step but I will provide a safe and non judgment place for you to explore your thoughts and start making positive changes to your life. I am empathic, patient and will work with your best interests at heart. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch 07478313281.
