About me

I am a registered member of the British Association for counselling and Psychotherapy.

Hello and a very warm welcome to my profile. I am an Integrative Youth, Adolescence and Young Adults counsellor. I draw upon different modalities to uniquely tailor sessions for individual people. I offer a range of different therapies to be able to suit your needs, be that room based, out in the fresh air or around animals. I am extremely passionate about what I do and holding people through their hard times.

I work for the NHS Youth Counselling Service through out GP surgeries in Surrey and Hampshire. I am also currently room based in a private setting where I can offer eco therapy and animal assisted therapy (Weather permitting). Please feel free to get in touch to discuss your individual need.

Therapy is a personal investment, I know it can feel scary to take the first step, I will provide a safe and non judgment place for you to explore your thoughts and start making positive changes to your life. I am empathic, patient and will work with your best interests at heart. Phone: 07478313281.
