About me

Hello I'm Chloe, and I live and work in the Kemptown area of Brighton.

What can I offer you?

I am trained in Person-Centred therapy and offer a safe and supportive space for you to bring any problems you are having. This is a place you can bring the difficult thoughts or feelings you may not be able to explore anywhere else. This is a place you can be honest and open with no fear of being judged. This is a place you can just be you.

I offer both short and long term individual counselling, with a focus on building up a trusting therapeutic relationship built on mutual respect and care. Within this climate I believe real and lasting change can be made. Within counselling I can help nurture parts of you that have been stifled or forgotten, give space to thoughts or feelings that don't get spoken about elsewhere, and walk alongside you in your therapeutic journey (whatever form this may take.)

If you feel this service may be for you please feel free to get in contact.
