About me

My down to earth approach to therapy aims to put you at ease. Making the decision to speak to a complete stranger about your feelings, experiences, and choices, can be very difficult, so choosing the right counsellor for you is important. Counselling works by creating an environment that is free of judgment, accepting and warm. As a counsellor, I place great importance on building strong therapeutic relationships with my clients, in order to fully understand and support them in the best way I can.

Home Visits
As part of my service, I offer home visits as I believe that for some people, accessing therapy in a familiar environment can be rewarding. I will travel up to 10miles around Croydon. My goal is to make therapy accessible and convenient for everyone.

Maybe you are a parent worried about your teenager, or an adult just adulting! Email me, or give me a call for a free (up to 20mins) telephone consultation and we can have a chat about what you would like to get from counselling and how I can help. From there we can agree a time and place to meet for our first session.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully qualified Counsellor with a distinction grade Level 5 Higher Professional Diploma. I also hold a degree in Counselling and Psychology and a foundation degree in Systemic Family Therapy. I have a Level 2 and Level 4 combined Certificate in Substance Misuse and Addiction, and I am awaiting accreditation for working therapeutically with people with sight loss.

I have over 10 years of experience of working with young people in educational settings, half of that time therapeutically. I also work specifically with families and parents.
