Sometimes we may be feeling distressed, tearful, confused and angry. At times like this, we may want to speak to our GP, a health care professional or a counsellor/psychotherapist about issues concerning us in a safe and confidential setting.
I am a counsellor helping to empower individuals to see they have choices and options to have a more fulfilling life.
My services include 1-to-1 counselling, short or long-term counselling for adults. My private practice is based in Ealing Broadway W5 (close to Ealing Broadway tube station) and Central London, W1K (close to Bond Street tube station).
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. After graduating with a diploma in counselling and person-centred art therapy skills I gained experience in various settings including a bereavement agency, hospice, mental health charity and a counselling service for young people. Also, during a period of five months, I studied on a course which comprised of 5-modules taught by Paula Hall in the Midlands and after completion, I received a certificate in Sex Addiction. At the moment, I am studying an online 'Infant Loss Foundation Training' course. Currently, I am in private practice and an affiliate counsellor for two Employee Assistance Programme providers. Also, organising and facilitating creative workshops with art materials brings me joy.
