About me

Sometimes we may be feeling distressed, tearful, confused and angry. At times like this, we may want to speak to our GP, a health care professional or a counsellor/psychotherapist about issues concerning us in a safe and confidential setting.

I am a counsellor helping to empower individuals to see they have choices and options to have a more fulfilling life. There are certain times in our lives when speaking to a counsellor can help us to gain some understanding of what is happening around us.

My services include 1-to-1 counselling, short or long-term counselling for adults. Individuals have the option of working with art materials in addition to talking therapy.

My private practice is based in Ealing Broadway W5 (close to Ealing Broadway tube station) and Central London, W1K (close to Bond Street tube station).

I also organise and facilitate creative workshops with art materials. They are small groups - maximum 8 participants. The venue is in London close to Warren Street, Euston Square and Great Portland Street underground stations.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am also a member and trainee tutor of the Person-Centred Art Therapy Association (PCATA).

A bit about my background...

After graduating with a diploma in counselling and person-centred art therapy skills I gained experience in various settings including a bereavement agency, hospice, mental health charity, a primary school and a counselling service for young people. I studied a course which comprised of 5-modules taught by Paula Hall in the Midlands and received a certificate in Sex Addiction. Recently, in 2018, I completed the 'Foundation for Infant Loss Accredited Provider Training course'. Currently, I am in private practice and an affiliate counsellor for an Employee Assistance Programme and a Private Health Provider.
