Sometimes we may be feeling distressed, tearful, confused and angry. At times like this, we may want to speak to our GP, a health care professional or a counsellor/psychotherapist about issues concerning us in a safe and confidential setting.
I am a counsellor helping to empower individuals to see they have choices and options to have a more fulfilling life. There are certain times in our lives when speaking to a counsellor can help us to gain some understanding of what is happening around us.
My services include 1-to-1 counselling, short or long-term counselling for adults. Individuals have the option of working with art materials in addition to talking therapy.
My private practice is based in Ealing Broadway W5 (close to Ealing Broadway tube station) and Central London, W1K (close to Bond Street tube station).
I also organise and facilitate creative workshops with art materials. They are small groups - maximum 8 participants. The venue is in London close to Warren Street, Euston Square and Great Portland Street underground stations.
