About me

I am an experienced Life Coach/ Psychotherapist and provide both short and long term therapy in Preston and Manchester.

I provides a secure, private and therapeutic space where difficulties can be examined, understood and worked through.

Understanding links between the past and the present, and how our experiences today are influenced by our experiences in the past will offer new perspectives and ways of thinking, which usually bring with them lasting change.

By increasing our awareness of what might be happening for us, and what might actually be creating our problems, we can begin to identify new ways of relating and new ways of living in the world.

I have consulting rooms in Preston and Manchester; offering appointments during the day and evenings to suit you.
