About me

I am a Pluralistic counsellor, which means I am trained in several different modalities such as Person-centred, Psychodynamic, CBT and ACT.

I work with my clients to find what works best for them, and what makes them feel the most comfortable.

Deciding to have counselling can be a nerve wracking and daunting experience and I understand this. I will always go at my clients pace. The most important thing is for my client to feel safe and heard.

I offer a complementary 15 minute chat online with no obligation to book further sessions. This gives you the chance to see if we are the right fit.

I work with all age ranges from 18 years onwards, and have experience working with clients in higher education, and who have come from the care system.
