Within my practice I have experience of working with various issues in therapy including depression, anxiety, low self esteem, interpersonal difficulties, burnout, trauma and identity issues.

I adopt an integrative approach in therapy and will utilise techniques from various modalities including Transactional Analysis, CBT skills, Person Centred and Gestalt therapy. I also enjoy applying creative approaches in my therapy with clients.

Within the initial we will be getting to know each other in order to establish rapport.  It is important to make the decision to enter therapy for yourself.
