About me

I understand from personal experience that seeking a counsellor can be daunting. It takes courage to ask for help so firstly, give yourself a moment to recognise that you’ve made that first step towards getting help.

I provide a confidential and emotionally safe space that allows you to talk about your thoughts and feelings. Whether you know exactly what you want to talk about or have no idea where to start, I will meet you with understanding, honesty and empathy to help you gain clarity on any issues you bring to sessions.

I’m a fully qualified Counsellor with a DipHE in Person- Centred Counselling & Psychotherapy.  I work one to one with adults aged 16 and over and can offer face to face, online and telephone sessions.

With a person-centred approach my focus is to work with you and at your pace, so we can face any issues together. I’m dedicated to listening and understanding your experience and aim to empower you to make changes that are right for you.
