I recognise that seeking help and support in the form of counselling can be daunting.
As a therapeutic counsellor and registered member of both The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and The Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC), I offer a professional counselling service underpinned by respect and client autonomy.
You will receive an affordable, confidential and non-judgemental service with undistracted attention and safe space to facilitate your desired changes.
We will work together at your pace where you will experience a compassionate and empathic space. I will integrate therapeutic techniques unique to you and your circumstances.
I look forward to meeting with you.
