About me

Seeking help and support in the form of counselling can be daunting.
As a therapeutic counsellor and registered member of both The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and The Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC), I offer a professional counselling service underpinned by respect and client autonomy.

You will receive a calm, confidential and non-judgmental place to facilitate your desired goals and make beneficial changes.

We will work at your pace where you will experience a compassionate and safe space. I will integrate therapeutic techniques unique to you and your circumstances.

I look forward to meeting with you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified counsellor with a Bsc Degree and a Diploma of Higher Education in Therapeutic Counselling. I work with adults and young people in dealing with depression, anger, anxiety, bullying, bereavement and relationship issues, among others. I also work with those wishing to make personal changes or adjustment to how they deal with their emotions and feelings, leading to their desired way of doing things (Personal Development).

I have experience in working in Further Education (FE) setting and in relational counselling. I attend regular personal & professional development training programs (CPD) and receive regular on-going clinical supervision for the benefit of my practice and clients.
