Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified counsellor with a Bsc Degree and a Diploma of Higher Education in Therapeutic Counselling. I work with adults and young people in dealing with depression, anger, anxiety, bullying, self-confidence and relationship issues, among other issues. I also work with persons wishing to make changes to how they deal with their emotions and feelings, leading to their desired way of doing things (Personal Development).
I have experience in working in Further Education (FE) setting and in relational counselling. I attend regular personal & professional development training programs (CPD) and receive regular on-going clinical supervision for the benefit of my practice and clients.

I offer an initial free-of-charge 30-minutes consultation to explore how we can work together. My regular fee per counselling session is £40 for adults and £35 for children aged 16 - 18 years old.
I also provide telephone counselling at £25 for a 50-minutes session.
My areas of special interest are on, Bullying (workplace, home, school/college), Low self-esteem/confidence, Assertiveness and Depression.
I work from clean, safe and confidential offices, located in both Wakefield and Ossett towns with close-by ample parking. These premises are situated within short walking distances from the train and bus stations/stops.
