About me

Hey, I'm Charlie a fully accredited CBT & Occupational Therapist. Specialising in working with children, adolescents and adults with a range of mental health difficulties. I am passionate about helping you achieve your goals and keeping them at the heart of what we do. Throughout my 20 year NHS career I've worked in a range of settings - education, specialist inpatient, CAMHS, early psychosis. Therapy will be collaborative and tailored to you, We work together to find the tools and techniques that will best help you. See my website link for instant access online courses too.

Within a safe, compassionate space you will increase understanding of your inner world, build the right personal coping skills for life long resilience and growth. I utilise evidence-based techniques to challenge negative thought patterns and unhelpful behaviours. I offer online (with national coverage) & face to face sessions.

I would love to hear from you so do get in touch if you are interested, or have any further questions. I offer a 15-30 minute free video consultation with no obligation to continue, so that we can get to know each other and understand if CBT is right for you. Alternatively, I can answer any questions you have by call or email.
