About me

Hello! I'm Charlotte, a professionally trained and qualified Person-Centred/Existential therapist, a Certified online and telephone counsellor and an individual member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.  I am offering remote therapy to adults aged 18+ in the UK, telephone or video sessions (using Whatsapp or Zoom).

Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, unhappy, or something just isn't quite right and affecting your day-to-day life?  Have you experienced a loss which you don't know how to work through?  These are just a few things I can help you with.  Seeking therapy can be a little bit scary, especially if you have never had therapy before, so please do give me a call and lets see if we can work together.  For a lot of people, taking that first step can be a relief, a feeling of not being alone anymore.

One size does not fit all, so I tailor my work to suit each individual, offering a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore what's troubling you.  I believe you are the expert in your own life and I will be there beside you while you explore your internal world and find a way to move forward.

I offer an initial free informal chat via telephone.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
