My practice is based just off Stokes Croft on Picton Street.
I am a registered member of the BACP, a member of the British Psychological Society and the Division of Counselling Psychology, and I am an experienced counsellor working with adults and young people.
I use an integrative approach, which means that together we will decide on the best ways to answer the questions you come to therapy with. I use a variety of theories to facilitate a deep exploration of your feelings in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental place. I have a down to earth and collaborative approach where together, we will create an environment that is unique to your needs.
I offer an initial consultation at the reduced rate of £20.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have been working in the field of mental health for over 15 years and have completed various training programmes, gaining a variety of qualifications, which include a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Studies, a CPCAB Certificate in counselling skills and a First Class Honours degree in Psychology.
In December 2015, I completed my training on The Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology at the University of West England. This is a rigorous, 5 – year applied professional training programme designed to provide doctoral level education leading to a professional qualification as a Counselling Psychologist. The programme is accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and approved by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
I have completed all academic and professional training elements of the course and am currently writing up my doctoral research project for accreditation as a Counselling Psychologist.
I currently practice privately as a counsellor and work at The Priory Hospital in Bristol as a sessional therapist. I have had a variety of clinical roles in both the NHS and specialised services and am regularly and closely supervised by a fully qualified and experienced professional.
