Charlotte Gutu - Fifty:Minutes
Hey! I'm Charlotte. I'm a fully qualified and experienced counsellor (Registered MBACP, PGDip Counselling & Psychotherapy) and 'Fifty Minutes' is my mental health service, designed with millennials in mind.
I know life today can be extremely stressful, scary and overwhelming which is why I've qualified to really listen empathically, understand and support others through the emotional difficulties that come with the often confusing times we live in.
Not only do I have years of experience in working successfully with common mental health issues like anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship and identity issues, I also have first hand knowledge and understanding of the issues that affect us today like social media use, work related issues and money worries - to name a few! It's this awareness that has shaped me into a modern practitioner who genuinely understands the difficulties and pressures of life today and who will work with you towards a more fulfilling, authentic way of being.
I provide a non judgemental, safe environment where we can explore your challenges and work together to find a way forward.
My approach is down to earth, warm and empathic - putting you at the centre and building the kind of supportive relationship that allows change to happen. It might be challenging at times but I'm committed to supporting you through the process and in helping you to get a better understanding of yourself and your world.
