About me

Welcome to my page.

I am a qualified person-centred counsellor based in Hastings with experience of working with adults, children and young adults.

I am naturally very empathic and non-judgmental, and I believe in working collaboratively where we can create a supportive authentic therapeutic relationship, where I am able to offer you a safe and confidential space to explore your difficulties at your own pace. I am also able to be very versatile in my therapeutic approaches, to coincide with your individual needs, as I strongly believe in empowering my clients to reach their full potential.

Not only can I offer face-to-face counselling but also, I can offer telephone counselling as I understand for some people face-to-face counselling can be a potential obstacle.

If you would like to know more about counselling and my services please feel free to contact me, I would love to hear from you. Charlotte

Training, qualifications & experience

Not only do I hold a FdSc certificate in Person-Centred Counselling, but I am also fully qualified, insured and a registered member of the BACP.

I have extensive training and experience working with a wide range of issues. An extensive amount of my work has been revolved around issues of depression, anxiety, and bereavement. I understand bereavement can cover a wide range of different losses which can range from loss of job right the way through to the death of a loved one.
