Charlie Rendell MBACP
I am a professionally trained and qualified integrative counsellor with a wide range of experience from my work gained in the NHS and hospice setting. I have worked with many different people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, loss & bereavement, trauma, addictions and self-harm.
I feel incredibly passionate that individuals deserve understanding and acceptance during times of uncertainty and difficulty. We can all feel this way and sometimes it can feel as though no one is listening to us or it can be really hard to share these thoughts and feelings with our friends or family.
I work as an integrative Counsellor meaning that I may draw upon the insights of a variety of Counselling theories and models as each person that I meet is an individual and my belief is that no single approach suits us all.
My aim is always to provide a supportive, non-judge mental and safe environment, where at the heart of my work will always be to nurture a good therapist-client relationship. My belief is that we all have the ability to change and that each person has the potential for self-growth.
Please get in touch if you have been thinking about accessing one to one support and we can arrange to meet for an initial consultation to explore your therapy goals.
