About me

Hello, thank you for visiting my profile, my name's Charley I am an experienced therapist with a passion for helping others heal. I can help you with Anxiety, OCD, Depression, Life Transitions, Panic Attacks, Trauma, Difficult Circumstances, Stress and much more.

I offer face-to-face or online therapy ensuring this service is accessible to anybody regardless of location. If you are hoping to arrange a session contact me at to schedule a free twenty-minute phone call to discuss your needs

How I can help:

My commitment and promise is to always create a space in which you can truly understand yourself. Therapy can be a life-changing decision and when we work together I ensure you can create change, and discover what feels important to you.

To get in touch:

I offer a free 20-minute initial phone call for us to discuss your needs. Following that if you are happy to work together, we can then look at arranging our first meeting either online or face to face. If you'd like to arrange a call you're welcome to send me an email and we can choose a time.

My Practice & Training:

My practice is nestled in the heart of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. Whilst also offering a secure online therapeutic service (which means we can speak together at your convenience.)

I am a Qualified Human Givens practitioner who is also supervised by a Clinical Psychologist. I have worked as a Men & Womens Health Facilitator and am trained in a Neuroscience backed treatment model known as CIMBS.

I spent three months training with Neuroscientists and Monks at Thich Nhat Hants Plum Village, to discover how scientifically backed mindfulness practices help with mental health.

Having grown up with family members who have struggled with their mental health I have developed a deep understanding of the difficulties we can face, and this motivates my commitment to helping you heal.

I am constantly learning and keeping up to date with the latest discoveries to ensure I provide the best and most compassionate service to my clients.

Your therapeutic journey:

Included in your treatment is a huge range of support, online courses that enhance the therapeutic journey, workshops to build upon the skills you shall learn and your own online folder full of resources to really make sure this process meets your needs.

We can work together to increase your emotional capacity, helping you approach situations once found challenging with greater confidence. We can work to increase your ability to adapt to change, using a variety of highly successful practices including brain systems work that help you introduce healthier habits, guided imagery that helps process traumatic memories and over come phobias and talking therapy so you can tell your story.

Our techniques are scientifically proven to help re-wire your nervous system and brain to respond more effectively to life, allowing you to make the most of the opportunities ahead of you.

If you have any questions I'd be happy to hear from you :)
