I provide a professional, confidential and friendly counselling service.
Free from feeling judged and criticised, therapy can be very powerful. It allows us to tap into inner resources that we all have but at times struggle to make use of.
Please simply EMAIL and I will contact you to arrange a suitable time for us to meet. This initial meeting is FREE of charge.
I can normally arrange Counselling within one week from an initial enquiry. Individual sessions are £40.
Before we start our series of counselling sessions we agree to a set of guidelines in the form of a contract. Contracting well is my responsibility to you. It is so important that you have a firm grasp from the outset on what counselling can offer and we know what to expect from one another.
We would meet by appointment, at the same time on the same day usually on a weekly basis. Some of my clients like to work to a set number of sessions others prefer that counselling is ‘open ended’. I find regular reviews on what’s working and what’s not helps in many respects. I want to encourage you to be the focus of the therapy. I am instructed by you and the decisions about where we go are yours. I look forward to hearing from you.
