Charlene Crawford MBACP
Counselling can be the first step to making those changes in your life that lead to a more fulfilled and happier way of being.
I offer a warm, confidential and empathic relationship enabling you to explore the difficulties that are going on in your life. I will work collaboratively with you to enable you to work through any issues that you may have and to you help find a way forward with your life. Working with you to help you identify ways in which to improve your situation and every day life.
I am a very experienced counsellor and have worked with clients with various presenting issues such as bereavement, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma and physical health problems.
The number of sessions that you require will depend on what is going on for you but please be assured that you decide when you no longer require my help and support. I am happy to work with you in either short-term or longer-term therapy and I am very experienced in both.
I am able to offer a safe and comfortable space in the Carfin area of Motherwell
I can offer face to face counselling, telephone counselling and eCounselling also.
