What is a person-centered Counsellor?
A person centered Counsellor is a person with an extensive therapeutic background that is here to listen, without judgement or bias. Someone who is willing to do there best to understand and be honest with you. Someone who is willing to step into your frame of reference and be in your world to understand your emotions and issues. Someone who is here to help guide you to the change you long for, help you on the road to positive recovery.

- Working creatively with children in counselling.
I have worked with Adults in the workplace suffering issues within work and surrounding areas but also family life that is affecting their ability to be their best at work.
I have worked for two years offering counselling services to Adults with mild to moderate mental health issues.
I have also worked with children for two years in a school setting offering one to one counselling services with children struggling to participate with regular school activities due to long standing mental health issues.
