About me

Life’s essence lies in the experience of living.

Hello, I'm Celia Veronica Paul, and I'd like to warmly welcome you to Aromacee Ltd, my Holistic Counselling Practice based in East London.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and expressing ourselves can be difficult, especially when we fear being judged. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to find clarity, healing, and peace during these challenging times.

Every individual and couple has their own unique journey, and my mission is to guide you from where you are to where you want to be. Together, we will nurture your personal growth and well-being in a compassionate and non-judgmental environment.

I provide a confidential space to explore and address a wide range of issues, including relationship struggles, separation, grief, depression, and anxiety. My holistic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, and Systemic Models, enhanced by the healing benefits of Aromatherapy and Crystals.

Additionally, I have a special interest in supporting those who experience depression and anxiety related to eczema and psoriasis. I create products designed to soothe these symptoms, so if you suffer from either condition, please feel free to mention it when booking your first appointment.

Let’s embark on this journey of self-discovery and healing together. I look forward to supporting you on your path to emotional well-being.
