About me

I am an approachable and professional counsellor, now offering therapy sessions from the Southernhay Clinic in Exeter. I offer a warm and non-judgmental space for talking, feeling and thinking about whatever you’d like to bring – be that depression, loss, trauma, anxiety, career, family problems, or any other issue.

I am a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and am registered with both the BACB (Behaviour Analyst Certification Board) and the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). For further details on my professional specialisms, please see below.

Therapy can be brief, short-term or long-term and can be arranged with individuals, couples or families. I also offer workshops and coaching for organisations.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have over ten years’ experience working with autism and learning disabilities and have completed four years of training in Transactional Analysis, with additional training in acceptance and commitment therapy, humanistic counselling skills, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, trauma, gender identity and working with couples.

In addition, I am a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, specialising in autism and learning disabilities and behaviour change.

I have worked with a wide range of clients from different backgrounds and of different ages, from 12 years old upwards.
