We are a group of BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapists; each therapist possessing their own style and individuality whilst conforming to the fundamentals of evidence based practice. The team has a wealth of experience and expertise in the treatment of a wide range of mental health issues across the spectrum of complexity. Utilising both CBT & EMDR approaches, we provide individualised, compassionate care for our clients and appreciate the sensitivity needed to support people on the road to recovery. Training, qualifications & experience
Andrew has always worked with client with mental health issues, but has spent the last 4 years solely addressing peoples needs with cognitive behavioural therapy. Prior this he worked for several years the criminal justice sector both within a secure environment and in the community.

Janet has worked in mental health services for the past 35 years, she has had a number of supervisory and management roles in her nursing career and was pivotal in the development of a number of psychotherapeutic treatment programmes in the Condition Management Programme.
She has been a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist for the past five years and continues to provide her expertise in the development of further group therapies.
