About me

I am an integrative therapist based in Southend-On-Sea with experience which includes working with survivors of domestic violence, anger issues, low self-esteem, grief, anxiety and depression. My aim is always to provide a safe and confidential space in which we can work together to explore your thoughts, feelings and past experiences.

As an integrative therapist I can put together an individualised package of support which draws on all major schools of thought on counselling. After all, your therapy should be as unique and wonderful as you are! Whatever issues you are facing, whatever concerns you have, we can navigate them together.

I am an ex-secondary school teacher and Head of Year. As such, I have worked extensively with young people to support their mental and emotional health. I currently also work with young people from diverse backgrounds who are unable to attend mainstream education due to issues such as anxiety, depression or agoraphobia.

I also offer sessions on emotional resilience for little people who struggle with big emotions.

Please visit my website, drop me an email or call me to get started. I offer a free 15 minute consultation by phone to all new clients.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have completed several training courses, and have a wealth of experience in working with the survivors of domestic abuse. I also have extensive experience working with young people.

My training is outlined below:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Counselling (Online)
  • Level 3 Diploma in Counselling Skills
  • Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
  • CPD on Unhealthy Relationships
