Catherine Mulcaster, BACP Accred Counsellor/Psychotherapist, Supervisor & Coach
Are you looking to understand yourself and find ways of coping with a difficult time? Do you want to develop the courage to be yourself and achieve your potential? Would you find it helpful to talk to someone who can listen to you objectively and help you understand how you can deal with what you are experiencing?
People I've worked with say they feel heard, understood, accepted and safe when I've worked with them. They have been able to explore and discover what really makes them tick. They've learned how they can deal with stress, difficult relationships, change, anxiety, depression or loss. They've become stronger and more self-confident and discovered different ways of relating and communicating with others.
I would like to provide this space for you as well; enabling you to gain insight and an understanding of yourself. You will then develop more confidence and recognise the possibilities available to you and make your own choices.
When we meet, we will consider what you would like to achieve and agree a way of working together to achieve it. I will not give advice or make decisions for you, but I'll certainly work with you to help you unlock your potential.
