About me

Offering Counselling, Psychotherapy and Supervision

Life can feel overwhelming at times — whether you’re facing anxiety, low mood, relationship struggles, or just a sense that something isn’t quite right. Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to face it alone.

I’m a qualified psychotherapist and supervisor offering a warm, supportive space where you can talk openly and be met with compassion, not judgement. I work with both adults and young people, creating a calm and respectful environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.

My practice is grounded in a Person-Centred approach, which means I believe in your capacity for growth and healing, and I’ll support you in finding your own answers — not tell you what to do.

I’m also a trained and qualified  practitioner of Internal Family Systems (IFS), a gentle and powerful way of working that helps us understand the different “parts” of ourselves — especially those that feel stuck, critical, or burdened by the past.

Together, we can begin to make sense of what’s going on for you, and move toward greater self-understanding, ease, and inner connection.

What I Offer:

A safe, non-judgemental space to talk and be heard
Support for anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, identity, and more
Sessions for adults and young people (age 12+)
In-person, telephone and online options available
If you're curious about how therapy could help, I’d love to hear from you. Feel free to get in touch to arrange a free initial 20 minute call or ask any questions.
