About me

Thank you for taking the time to view my profile.

I understand that navigating through extensive information, including terminology, qualifications, and various therapeutic approaches, can be overwhelming. Hence, I welcome enquiries via email or phone from those seeking clarification on my qualifications or experience.

My profile is intentionally straightforward, but please feel free to reach out for additional information or details.

I am a qualified and experienced Person-Centred and Humanistic therapist and supervisor specialising in working with both adults and young people. While my approach is primarily Person-Centred, I integrate other therapeutic modalities into sessions based on the individual's preferences and needs. I offer IFS therapy to clients as a qualified and trained IFS Institute therapist.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to unload and process their thoughts and emotions, encouraging them to bring forth any topics they wish to explore.

I firmly believe that the therapeutic relationship between the counsellor and the individual seeking support is paramount. To ensure compatibility, I offer a complimentary 20-minute session for individuals to determine if I am the right therapist for their needs.
