About me
We are all unique and see the world differently.
As a qualified integrative Counsellor and Hypnotherapist, with several years experience, I use a variety of different methods tailored to your own individual needs.
I will welcome you in to a safe space, with no judgement, offering acceptance, empathy and warmth.
Here we can look at what has brought you to counselling, work on self acceptance and understanding yourself better. We can then explore skills and and strategies to overcome whatever is challenging you, supporting you to live a more fulfilled life.
I offer short term and long term counselling, working in person and online, as well as offering 'walk & talk in nature' sessions.
I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS)
I practice within the NCPS code of ethical framework, ensuring safe practice and confidentiality at all times.
I am fully insured practitioner.
