About me

I am a pluralistic counsellor meaning I use all the modalities to individually suit the clients needs. I believe you know yourself best and so I will be guided by you. We will work together at your pace with no pushing or judgement. 

I have alot of experience in a wide range of issues including, grief, depression, self image, relationships, careers, suicidal ideation, autism, hording and alot more.
