Catherine Caumont BSc (Hons) MBACP; Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling
Have you been experiencing anxiety, or feeling depressed, or sad?
Perhaps you are facing a particular difficulty such as relationship problems, redundancy or bereavement?
Whatever is concerning you, talking through your difficulties can help you discover how situations have evolved in your life, and how change can be possible for you. Talking with a qualified counsellor is confidential and impartial and focuses on your own unique situation.
I offer confidential counselling to individuals and couples and trainee counsellors in the centre of Colchester, Essex and Ipswich, Suffolk.
I also offer Academic and Essay-writing support to trainee counsellors, either face-to-face or by telephone/email.
