Hello and thank you for taking a moment to read this.
At times we can feel overwhelmed by life - past experiences, difficulties in the present and fears about the future.
Counselling can be very helpful during these difficult times. It can help change the way we think about feel about things. It can help us explore our thoughts surrounding a particular issue, even when that might be challenging. it can help us increase our self-confidence and self-esteem as we gain a deeper understanding of ourselves.
Counselling allows us to consider a range of emotions and issues including anxiety, depression, anger, illness, abuse, loss, and relationships.
I offer a warm, non-judgemental, space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.
I am based just off J9 of the M27 and work with clients from nearby areas including Whiteley, Locks Heath, Swanwick, Warsash, Titchfield, Bursledon, Fareham, Stubbington. I can also visit you in your home if that is easier.
If that sounds OK please don't hesitate to contact me on 07981 820338.

Dip HE Person Centred Counselling
Counselling Skills Certificate
I have a number of years' experience of working with children and young adults as a counsellor for a local charity.
I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Hampshire Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
