Cath Lowe MBACP
I can offer you the chance to deepen your understanding of yourself and how you relate. My life experience spans my work in the NHS and in schools over decades. My counselling expertise ensures that I understand what is needed for personal change and can offer you confidential support and insights throughout.
I offer weekly face to face counselling to individuals in an accessible setting.
My approach is Person-Centred. This means that I will put you and your concerns at the heart of our work and of all our sessions. I have a good understanding of how we are all affected by past experiences in our work, social and personal lives and of mental health problems. I will apply my knowledge and experience of counselling to support you.
My aim is to help you better understand yourself and any problems, anxieties and difficult feelings which are causing you distress. I have a wide range of skills and I am interested in helping people reach their full potential.
If you are reading this you may be asking 'Why do I feel like this and can it be different?', 'How can I enjoy my work, study or social life better?', 'Who can I talk to about difficult thoughts or feelings or this distressing issue?'. I am offering that listening ear with professional expertise.
You can contact me for a session by email me via this website or leave me a phone message and I will get back to you.
