As a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist I work with adults and young people in central Haslemere, covering a broad range of issues such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, bereavement, bullying, self-image and relationship issues.
Working and living abroad I have experience of working with people from many different cultural and social backgrounds. People often put on a show for others, presenting themselves in a way that conflicts with how they are really feeling.
I believe it is important to work holistically with you, valuing and accepting you as you are to develop an honest and open relationship that enhances awareness, personal growth and change. I have a private practice based in Haslemere, with free off-street parking, approximately a 5-10 minute walk from the town centre and train station.
