About me

Are you

...Suffering with anxiety and fed up with it taking over your life?

A fear stopping you from enjoying socialising?

Do you want to change!?

YOU can, as you have the ability. Tregardock Therapies is a range of professional services concentrating on the individual changing thought processes, to help grow in the future.

You may be seeking therapy for the first time and it can be daunting to know where to start. A good question to ask is: What should I look for in a therapist? It is essential to know the therapist is affiliated with a Professional Body.I love helping people maximise their potential, but client/ therapist rapport is essential.

My journey into hypnotherapy and counselling started from my 20 years experience as a Registered Nurse. Over my many years of working with a wide variety of people, especially with Oncology patients, I became very aware of how easy it is for our thoughts to think negatively and how this then impacts on our behaviour and our health. Becoming a therapist has enabled me, to help my clients move forward from these self-defeating beliefs.
