About me

Hello, I'm Caroline, welcome to my profile.

I am a qualified and accredited CBT Therapist. My experience of working in the field of Mental Health having developed over many years, and I have worked in many IAPT services and non-profit organisations. I am also an EMDR practitioner.

I offer both Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT),  evidence-based therapies that have been shown to be effective interventions for a variety of Mental Health Difficulties.

Most of all, I enjoy helping people and I am passionate about supporting others to make changes to their lives. I have a non-judgmental approach, and provide a supportive environment for growth. I will work collaboratively with you to help you achieve your goals and feel empowered.

If you would like to know more about how these therapies can help you to make changes in your life, please get in touch, I would love to hear from you. Please feel free to email me, or why not give me a call if you're ready to book.
