I started my journey in Mental Health in 2004 and completed a BSc Psychology degree. I continued my journey and completed an MSc Forensic Psychology degree. Following education, I worked as an Assistant Psychologist and supported Adults with Learning Difficulties. My experience of working in the field of mental health has been developed over a long period of time.

I am a qualified and accredited CBT Therapist, I am also an EMDR practitioner. My experience of working in the field of Mental Health has developed over many years. I have worked in many IAPT services and non-profit organisations.
Most of all, I enjoy helping people and I am passionate about supporting others to make changes to their lives.

British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK.
Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists.
BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
