Further information

Car parking immediate to office.

Therapy time is easy to book just email me or phone me or request a phone call from myself.  I will ask only basic questions over the phone and we will set up an appointment suitable for yourself. The first appointment will be slightly different from other therapy sessions in that I will help you get a big picture about how your life is currently, and ask questions about the difficulties you have been experiencing. We also need to work out what it is you want to achieve through therapy and how, step-by-step this would work.  I will help you with this as you may worry about  how to verbalise the emotions you have been experiencing and may have many questions for me.
