About me
Whatever brings you to therapy, you have taken the first steps towards making a positive change for a happier life. I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor. This means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches depending on my client's needs. I offer a safe and confidential space which is private and discreet, just outside Bromley, in KESTON VILLAGE
I have worked online and face to face, with couples, families, adults and teens, all looking for guidance and support in their own individual way. We work together to overcome difficulties, leading to better understanding and better outcomes. I also have an extensive background of working with addiction.
I think the main thing I want to say is that I offer respect, empathy and understanding with no judgement. It's important to find a Counsellor who you can trust and who will understand you. My approach is geared to helping you become more confident, comfortable, empowered and happy.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
