Hello and welcome
I offer a safe and supportive space to explore what is preoccupying you from my consulting rooms in London Bridge, Central London, and Peckham Rye.
My approach to counselling is integrative. It is all client-led, focused on your aims for counselling and what might be helpful to you. I blend and integrate several theoretical models (including psychodynamic, attachment and body psychotherapy) aiming to look at the person a whole.
The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship we will develop: this will allow you to explore your experience, feelings, the inner conflicts you might have while feeling supported emotionally. I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space. I see the relationship between us as equal. I hope to encourage openness between us and I welcome your feedback.
What I offer
I offer short-term counselling (12 sessions) as well long-term counselling.
I offer counselling in both French and English.
Sessions last 50 minutes face-to-face.
I offer Skype or telephone sessions if you are not able to make it in person.
A bit about myself
I hold a diploma in integrative counselling from the Minster Centre, one of the leading training organisations in the field of psychotherapy in the UK.
Before becoming a counsellor, I worked in the charity sector wanting to support specific causes and make changes to the world we live in. What drew me to become a counsellor is the desire to help people make changes to their life in order to lead a more fulfilled life. I have experienced first-hand the benefits of having therapy for my own mental health and wellbeing.
