About me
There may be times in life when a person needs counselling to assist in making changes in life or to deal with a trauma. There may be stress at work or a difficult choice to be made. It could be working at a broken relationship or dealing with a bereavement. A serious issue like eating disorders or self harm could be impacting on your life. Sometimes the past can be influencing the present or families may be in crisis. Maybe a past trauma is still reoccurring, like a car crash and help is needed get back behind the wheel, or a fear or phobia is preventing certain pleasures like flying to a holiday destination.
I can provide therapy to those who have these issues and more. It's confidential and professional. I offer affordable counselling to help those on low income and for people who would not ordinarily be able to pay for therapy. The NHS has a backlog of patients waiting for counselling and the sessions offered are limited, I would like to bridge the gap and give everyone the opportunity to better their mental health regardless of their financial situation. I am insured, highly qualified and have been working for many years, both within the NHS and in my private practice. I offer a caring environment with the aim to assist clients in getting their problem / issue resolved.
Seeking to have counselling is never an easy decision so please call me if you have any questions about counselling or myself.
Kind regards, Caroline.
