About me
Hello! I'm Caroline
I’m a fully qualified person-centred counsellor in Inverurie, offering both in-person and online sessions. I truly understand what it feels like to face stress, anxiety, and loss, and I’m here to offer you a safe, hopeful space to share and reflect. Clients often tell me they feel calmer just by being here. I'm down-to earth, compassionate and genuinely care about giving you the space you need to be you - no judgement, no pressure.
How I work
My approach is person-centred, which means you decide what feels important to talk about. I will be alongside you, helping you make sense of your thoughts and feelings, so you can find your own answers in your own time.
You might come to me with anxiety, grief, relationship issues, self-esteem struggles, addiction or just a sense of being stuck and wanting to understand yourself better. Whatever you bring is welcome.
What to Expect
Counselling with me is a calm, supportive space. We'll go at your pace. I offer in-person or online - whatever works for you. You’ll be met with acceptance, understanding, and kindness.
If you'd like to take the first step, I'd love to hear from you. We can have a friendly chat and see if I am the right fit for you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I'm a fully qualified person-centred counsellor, which means I have trained to put you at the centre of our work together - your needs, your pace, your voice. I'm fully insured and registered with the BACP and NCPS.
I have over 20 years experience in education and as a Childline Counsellor, meaning I truly understand the pressures that young people and families face. As well as working with adults, I create a safe, relatable space for young people to feel heard and accepted just as they are.
