About me

Juggling work, kids, relationships, and trying to remember where you left your coffee (again)? No wonder life feels overwhelming! You’re constantly handling deadlines, school runs, household chaos, and that never-ending mental checklist, and somewhere in the mix, your own needs get buried. If low mood, stress, exhaustion, or emotional outbursts are taking over, you're not alone, being everything to everyone is exhausting.

I offer a confidential space where you can put everything down for a moment and focus on you. This isn’t about adding more to your plate—it’s about figuring out what truly helps you feel better, not just what keeps you going. Together, we’ll explore what’s really going on, untangle the confusion, and find balance, connection, and confidence.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you because you aren’t broken. It’s about rediscovering yourself, learning how to manage the overwhelming moments, and creating space for joy and happiness. Get in touch and start feeling more like you again.

Training, qualifications & experience

I specialize in supporting women who have faced difficult experiences in the past or are navigating challenges in the present. Whatever has happened the effects of those experiences don’t just disappear; they tend to show up uninvited as anxiety, panic, low mood, confidence struggles, or even flashbacks.

Through compassionate and tailored therapy, I have helped many women identify their unique healing needs, empowering them to release burdens and reclaim their sense of self.

I am trained and experienced in humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and parts work. By integrating techniques from each approach, I create a tailored and holistic therapy experience that fits your unique needs.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
