Are you struggling to cope with life?
What I can offer
I understand the pressures of modern day living - I offer a confidential and supportive place to talk in a way that you cannot often do with family and friends. I offer professional help on a wide range of issues, a comfortable space where you can explore your difficulties and make the changes you want. I can help you develop more insight into your difficulties, help you to recognise your own resources and develop more effective ways of dealing with the challenges of modern day life.
I am professionally qualified to Masters level and have 17 years of clinical experience. My specialist area is working therapeutically with clients affected by alcohol and substance use, I also provide agency supervision in this field.
Your first appointment (Assessment session)
Appointments are usually available within a few days. In this first appointment you will be able to discuss the issues which have prompted you to seek counselling, it is also an opportunity for us to discuss the work we can do together.
How many sessions?
I offer short term or longer term counselling, together we can consider the option that suits your individual needs.
