Carol Sandham DipCouns, MBACP (Accredited)
Sometimes it can be difficult to talk to family or friends about personal issues. The counselling relationship can give you a safe place to discover and explore your thoughts and feelings, allowing you to make your own decisions and deal with things in your own way.
I work with adults and young people covering a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, abuse, low self esteem, bereavement, relationships and family issues. If you would like to discuss your particular needs, please feel free to contact me for an informal chat.
I have been practising as an integrative counsellor since 2006 and am a registered accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. Integrative counselling allows me to tailor my practice to suit each individual. I also offer the use of creative arts. I believe the counselling relationship can empower people to make the changes they want to make, encourage self-acceptance, leading to developing confidence and self-esteem.
One to one short and long term counselling is available.
