I am an experienced psychotherapist, and have been providing counselling and psychotherapy services in Guildford for over 15 years from my practice located less than a mile from the town centre.
I am experienced in working with areas involving self-esteem, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, loss, relationships, abuse (sexual and domestic), substance abuse (alcohol and/or drugs), bereavement, illness and have extensive experience providing therapy to cancer sufferers.
My training is integrative with an existential underpinning, which means that I work with clients depending on their unique concerns, as well as applying mindfulness and cognitive behavioural techniques, if appropriate.
