Carol Jayes, Jungan Analytical Psychotherapist BPC Registered
My name is Carol Jayes and I am a qualified and experienced psychotherapist and counsellor.
I offer confidential psychotherapy and counselling to individual adults and to couples for a wide range of emotional, psychological, relationship and life problems.
I also offer supervision to counsellors & psychotherapists, individually or in groups.
I believe that psychotherapy can offer an enriching experience in order understand oneself as as well as address emotional or psychological problems. I enjoy meeting and working with adults of all ages, gender, ethnicity and sexuality.
I offer in-depth psychotherapy or brief and focussed counselling for specific problems, or anything in between depending upon your need. Although my remit is to offer help through 'talking therapy' I am mindful of the whole person, the physical and spiritual as well as the psychological and emotional aspects of being a person.
I appreciate that thinking about meeting a therapist can be daunting but I am very happy to answer questions by phone or email if you would like to contact me. The initial session is arranged for us to meet and to give you the opportunity to talk about your difficulty and for both or us to see if I can offer you the help you need. Alternatively I might be able to suggest another avenue if that would be more appropriate.
My practice is based in St Neots.
