I am a Pluralistic Counsellor and Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner. I specialise in working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, fears and phobias, and self-sabotaging behaviour such as smoking, weight-management issues and procrastination.
I recognise that as we are all unique one type of therapy doesn’t suit all, therefore my sessions are tailored to suit your unique needs and preferences. I draw on techniques from a number of therapeutic approaches, and collaboratively we discover the style of therapy that feels right for you. My aim is to help each client reach their goals.
Rapid Transformational Therapy is a hybrid therapy that combines aspects of Hypnosis, Cogitative Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to deliver rapid results.
It can be a daunting experiencing seeking out help for the first time. I offer a confidential space for you to talk through the difficulties you are experiencing, I am empathic and non-judgemental.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
