About me

Hello.... How are you at the moment?  Do you need some assistance? Would you like a 'running mate' who will be in your corner for you at all times?
Using Integrative Therapy techniques, I can show you how to heal, get happy, find your way forward and give you the tools to transform your life experience into a happier, motivated, fulfilling  and meaningful future.
I offer a series of treatment sessions. These are designed from the very first gathering information session to moving forward onto a systematic programme of major healing and change.  During our sessions I will introduce you to many self-healing techniques for use throughout the rest of your life.  We will use many exercises and interventions to really get to the roots of problems so these can be healed permanently for you.   Please note, this is NOT a one-off session - it is a course of treatment.  You need to be committed to change and healing towards a happy more grounded and integrated order to book with me.   I offer you a bespoke treatment, based on who you are and what your needs are.  This is built of Psychotherapy, NLP, techniques and coaching, CBT interventions,  Psychodynamic work and the occasional smattering of Clinical Hypnotherapy where required.
By the time you have gone through this process, you will have a really clear understanding of exactly who you are, what you are, what you need and what you want and be empowered to go out and get it for yourself and build a brilliant life from then on in.
My history and training consist of a BSc Hons degree in Psychology after which I worked for the Police and also became a Police Trauma Counsellor.  Later on I trained and worked both as an Adult and Child Counsellor and have now worked in a very successful Private Practice for 5 years.  I continue to develop my knowledge with Post Graduate study in Mental Health Science and Continued Professional Development.  I therefore have access to all the best and latest research on what REALLY works.
I specialise in Attachment issues, Anxiety, Stress,  Depression, Trauma, Phobia, Relationship problems (incl divorce, abandonment, Narcissistic parenting and Narcissism, Relationships  (Anxiety, Avoidance and Separation), Work/career issues, Self-esteem, Self Confidence, Anger-management, Eating disorder, Trauma, CPTSD and PTSD, Bereavement, Addiction, Multicultural issues, Gender identity, Self-development, Life coaching,  Sexual issues and Identity, OCD, Insomnia, Ageing, Bullying,  School and study worries.
Whilst integrated therapy works far quicker than long term analysis or counselling,  I can offer both long-term and short-term therapy depending on your preferences and needs.  Some clients like to continue therapy for a long time to continue investing in themselves and their own personal development.  Whereas others work on their current issues for a time, then drop down to less frequent sessions, or simply return as and when needed in life.  We will discuss a suggested treatment plan and your needs and wishes in the first session.
I only offer ONLINE sessions and treat people from all around the world.
Book today for an initial session and just see what amazing changes happen in your life and discover the best you can be.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
