How to get started

The first step in seeking help can be very difficult.  I normally speak to clients by telephone to see if counselling is for them.  After a telephone call we can schedule a mutually beneficial time and date for the first session.  Please call me on 07969 301 731 or email me if you would like to arrange a phone call.

I also offer online counselling by prior arrangement via VSEE (please ask for further information). Also recently added Walk/talk therapy.
