Carmel Antha MSc
Hello, I’m Carmel - thanks for stopping by.
I’ve been practising as a Psychodynamic counsellor and Psychotherapist for over 5 years. I offer a confidential, safe and empathetic space for you to work though thoughts and feelings, helping to make sense of any issues you are trying to deal with.
People come to see me for different reasons such as depression, anxiety or a relationship breakdown for example. The people who come to me find our time together supportive and useful. I've been able to help lots of different people from different backgrounds, with different problems, find clarity and fulfilment.
Aside from working as a Psychotherapist, I also own a supported living organisation supporting children and adults with mental health conditions, learning difficulties and autism, supporting them to lead a meaningful life, achieving their own personal goals.
When you contact me, we will arrange a time for an initial session where we will discuss what you would like to get out of your sessions and what you would like to focus on.
If you're happy with my approach and would like to continue with sessions, we will arrange a time and day for regular sessions each week.
Please contact me via phone or email to arrange your first session.
