My name is Carly Hewitt and I am a fully accredited Level 4 Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with the National Counselling Society and an EFT Level 2 Practioner based in Burgh Castle, Great Yarmouth in Norfolk.
To help me keep up to date and learn new skills, I regularly participate in CPD's (Continuing Professional Development) courses.

For Counselling - £40 for a 50 minute session with a free 20 minute initial consultation by either phone or meeting face to face. This is to discuss the issues that are concerning you and to also establish whether you feel I am the right person for you to work with. I also have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
I am contactable via Phone, Text and Email. Which I aim to respond within 12 hrs.
Everybody is uniquely different so I feel it is important for a client to work with the right person for them. The one they are most drawn to. If a client feels that I am that person then together we can explore, at the clients pace, what is troubling them in a way that works best for that individual client.
Talking to a counsellor is different than talking to friends or family. Friends and family tend to give you their opinion on what they think you should do. Whereas with a counsellor, it is your time for you to be listened to and understood in a non-judgemental and empathetic environment.
Counselling is not about me telling you the solutions, I will help to guide you at a comfortable pace to enable you to find the solutions that are best suited to you.
Throughout counselling, issues that are discussed are kept confidential, this allows a client to be able to feel that they can be honest without the fear of being judged.
