Asking for help is a positive step but can also be quite daunting. I'm more than happy to discuss any questions or queries you may have to alleviate any concerns. I'm an empathic, calm and supportive counsellor who personally understands how daunting this can initially be.
My name is Carly Hewitt and I am a fully accredited Level 4 Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with the National Counselling Society based in Burgh Castle, Great Yarmouth in Norfolk.
As well as counselling, I am a level 2 reiki practitioner and I also offer relaxation hypnotherapy.
To help me keep up to date and learn new skills, I regularly participate in CPD's (Continuing Professional Development) courses.
I also volunteer for the staff at my local Bereavement Centre based in Gorleston Great Yarmouth.
I work using various techniques to try and suit your particular needs as everybody is uniquely different.

For Relaxation Hypnotherapy - £35 for 50 minutes
For Reiki - £25.00 for 45 - 50 minutes
I am contactable via Phone, Text and Email. Which I aim to respond within 2 hrs.
Everybody is uniquely different so I feel it is important for a client to work with the right person for them. The one they are most drawn to. If a client feels that I am that person then together we can explore, at the clients pace, what is troubling them in a way that works best for that individual client.
Talking to a counsellor is different than talking to friends or family. Friends and family tend to give you their opinion on what they think you should do. Whereas with a counsellor, it is your time for you to be listened to and understood in a non-judgemental and empathetic environment.
Counselling is not about me telling you the solutions, I will help to guide you at a comfortable pace to enable you to find the solutions that are best suited to you.
Throughout counselling, issues that are discussed are kept confidential, this allows a client to be able to feel that they can be honest without the fear of being judged.
