About me

Hello, my name is Carli and I am a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist & Hypnotherapist specialising in a variety of areas, such as:
Attachment disorders - Anxiety - Depression - OCD - Relationship breakdown - Work related stress - Panic attacks - Changing habits - Low self esteem - Anger management - Menopause - Phobias - Coping with change - Intrusive thoughts.

Background: I am a qualified Registered Nurse with a variety of experience in both the acute and primary sector. I have also worked, for many years, supporting those living with Autism and various Learning difficulties/ disabilities. As a nurse compassion is something that I pride myself on as it has enabled me to provide a high standard of care, of which everyone is deserving of. 

I provide a non judgemental and supportive service, creating a safe space for those wishing to seek help to talk through their worries, fears and insecurities. I am insured and work under the pluralistic framework, adhering to the Code of Ethics as outlined by the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society(NCPS), of which I am a registered member of. 

I offer telephone, face to face and zoom sessions, providing a flexible service to suit each individuals needs.
